  • Our Bright Future's Scholarship Program supports the field of early childhood education by offering financial assistance for future teachers. We are excited to offer financial assistance ranging from $250-$1,000 for full-time students pursuing degrees in Early Childhood Education or in a related field. Selected recipients will be awarded funds directly for use toward books, laptops, fees or other education-related expenses. To be eligible: Full-time enrollment in an accredited degree program; Demonstrated potential as a teacher of young children under the age of 6 and have a minimum of nine months of experience working with this age group; And, a consistent display of excellence as a standard in their educational coursework, especially in classes related to education/child development. Candidates must demonstrate achievement in their field-based experiences working directly with young children and their families. A GPA of 3.0 or higher. Minimum of 15 credits completed for associate's program, minimum 30 credits completed for bachelor's program or have already been accepted into a master's program at the time of submitting their application. This is great... People should understand that, the bright future of this universe falls in the hands of Children.. if we give children the best, we are likely to produce the Best world. I am in the system Its been ,a year reaching children of the ages below 6.. I would really want to have this degree and found myself in the centre of helping to build social, emotional,psychological, Moral and other support best for Children

I want to go to college to take early childhood education. Why I want this scholarship, because it maybe fun working and teaching small children. And teach them what's life is all about.

Student Loan Debt Forgiveness for U.S. Military Veterans

The U.S. Department of Education plans to forgive $1.3 billion in outstanding student loan debt for roughly 25,000 disabled U.S. military veterans, beginning in July. Until now, the Department of Education had required veterans to formally apply for student loan forgiveness - having them complete "unnecessary paperwork to secure relief from their student loans, even after the Department of Veterans Affairs had found that a veteran met the legal requirements for disability-related loan forgiveness." In 2018, over 30,000 totally and permanently disabled veterans eligible for student loan forgiveness had not completed the necessary paperwork; a majority of which had defaulted on their student loans.
