Attend the ANNpower Vital Voices Leadership Forum. Be eligible to win a grant to put your ideas into action. Girls who are in the 10th or 11th grade at a high school in the United States, Puerto Rico or Canada are eligible to apply for the program.

-Be mentored by global women leaders who are part of the Vital Voices Global Leadership Network, as well as executives from ANN INC

After completing the leadership training program, you will have the opportunity to go back to your community and create a project that will affect change, using all that you learned at the Forum to implement your idea. You will also be eligible later in the year to win project grants that will help put your ideas into action.
