  • Scholarship Description
  • The Festa Italiana Scholarship is open to all young women of Italian descent between the ages of 16 and 22. Festa Queen candidates are evaluated on an application, essay, oral interview and participation during the Festa Italiana to be held in August at the Croatian Festival Grounds in Sacramento. The Festa Queen will receive a cash award and a free language class from the Sacramento Italian Cultural Society Language School.

    The Italian Cultural Society believes in facilitating cultural experiences and recognizing the community efforts of all contestants. It is our desire that this be a fun and educational cultural opportunity for everyone. Please download the application on our website and write three-page, double-spaced essay on one of the provided topics.

yes i did applied for this scholarship because i'm in college and my parents do not have money to pay for my college,also financial aid does not cover all my college fees. i really need help in paying my college fees. i want to achieve my dream of becoming a nurse to help people but without help from you guys i dont think my big dream will come true. thank you!!...
