  • Scholarship Description
  • The "Women in Engineering Book Scholarship" is awarded to female students entering the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields who will compete in a 2D Drafting and 3D Modeling Competition. The purpose of this scholarship program besides the financial component is providing women foundation skills necessary to successfully enter the STEM workforce. Scholarship finalist will be selected from the required essay answering the question "If I Could Change the World."

    The unique part of our scholarship program is once the essay finalist are selected, we provide mentoring services for their competition projects, presentation skills, and the tools necessary to be successful during the job interview process. Our philosophy is the industry should take some responsibility to help students seeking careers in STEM.
