  • Scholarship Description
  • The Scholarships for Military Children Program is open to students who hold a US Uniformed Services Identification and Privilege Card (DD Form 173), and whose parent or parents serve or served in the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force or Coast Guard. Recipient must be enrolled or planning to enroll full-time in a four-year undergraduate college or university, accredited in the U. S or a two-year community college. They must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0. For more information or to apply, please visit the scholarship provider's website.

My father served in the Air Force for 22 years and is now retired. I have followed his footsteps and I am currently 2 years into my own service and I am enrolled at University of Maryland Global Campus for a Bachelors degree. If I am eligible still I would like to apply for this scholarship.

My father is a retired Navy Combat Veteran who was in Desert Shield/Storm, Enduring Freedom, Noble Eagle and Global War on Terror. He retired in 2010 and I am so proud of him and all who have served and are serving.
