  • Scholarship Description
  • The Mary Rowena Cooper Scholarship is for students seeking degrees, certificates, or diplomas at vocational/technical schools, colleges, or universities. Award amounts vary and are based on financial need. Students must have a minimum 2.0 GPA and be a child of a living or deceased veteran who served in Vietnam who are enrolled in a minimum of six credit hours/semester during the academic year.
