In addition to completing the application form, candidates must submit certified transcripts from all colleges or universities they have attended, as well as three letters of recommendation from professors who are familiar with the candidate's work. Please note that the complete name, title, and address of the reference must be clearly stated on the letter. Established over 80 years ago, this scholarship program honors Charles LeGeyt Forescue for his remarkable contributions to the field of electrical engineering. The stipend is awarded through a trust for which the IEEE has been appointed as a trustee. This scholarship may be supplemented with additional scholarships, internships, or tuition assistance programs by the graduate school in accordance with their internal guidelines.
