This $5,000 scholarship is given to one law student every year. To be eligible, you must attend an accredited law school and have a 3.5 GPA or higher. Incoming first-year law students are eligible for this scholarship.
Interested students will need to write a 500 to 1,000-word essay answering a question about their interest in the legal field. The deadline is November 30th.
The Minority Teacher Education Scholarship is given to a Florida resident who is studying to become a teacher.
Students must also be part of one of the following ethnic groups:
This scholarship will award $4,000 to a student who can design a creative product label based around the theme of the scholarship. They must also write a 1,000-word essay that relates to the theme.
High school seniors, current undergraduate students and graduate students are eligible to apply. The deadline is November 30th.
The Lagman Foundation grants scholarships to a new generation of diversely talented high school students who have overcome adversity, given back to their communities, and demonstrated a commitment to turning their life around through an interest in academic or creative pursuits. The Foundation identifies and rewards high school seniors who have experienced hardship, and then demonstrated resilience in changing course. The deadline is November 30th.
This scholarship is designed for students with at least one parent of Hispanic ancestry. They must also have demonstrated financial need to qualify. DACA or undocumented students are also eligible for this scholarship.
Students must be enrolled full-time in a two-year or four-year college. High school seniors, college freshmen, sophomores and juniors up to age 25 are eligible to apply. The deadline is November 30th.
