Through the National FFA Foundation, businesses and individuals support scholarships that are awarded to students with a wide variety of higher education plans and career goals. FFA provides scholarships that support all areas of agriculture, either in trade schools, certifications, or college. Scholarships support FFA high school seniors and collegiate members. Just one application is required for multiple scholarship opportunities totaling close to $2 million.
The National FFA Foundation currently offers numerous scholarships, each with varying criteria. For the Grow Ag Leaders scholarship, applicants must: be a high school senior (public, private or home-schooled) or enrolled in college full time (minimum of 12 credit hours); be planning to attend a vocational, 2-year or 4-year qualifying ag related study program after high school; have a 2.5 GPA; and be pursuing eligible degrees. For the Built Ford Tough scholarship, applicants must: live within the vicinity of an eligible Ford dealer; be a high school senior or a collegiate student; and attend a trade, two-year or four-year continuation of studies (any major will suffice). For the FFA Future Leaders scholarship, applicants must be studying agriculture or a skilled trade at either a trade school or a four-year school.
