To apply for the Henry J. and Pauline M. Armstrong Scholarship, applicants must be a current graduating senior or former graduate of Waverly High School in Waverly, Nebraska demonstrating scholastic application and achievement in high school and/or college studies. The applicant may attend a college or university of his or her choice and: be seeking a degree in agriculture, home economics, or veterinary medicine; or attend a Lutheran seminary school with intentions of pursuing postgraduate studies at a Lutheran seminary college and becoming a minister. The applicant must demonstrate financial need.
