To apply for the James M. & Martha J. Perry Agricultural Scholarship, applicants must be a current graduating senior of Elgin Public High School and be planning to attend a qualified college or technical school seeking a degree in the field of agriculture. Post-secondary education must begin the academic year immediately following high school graduation. The applicant must possess the ability to do post-secondary work in a satisfactory manner. This scholarship will not be awarded to any student who receives a scholarship which sufficiently finances all tuition, fees, and books during the student’s initial year of college study.
