As a statewide nonprofit organization, TFND is dedicated to advocating for policies that prevent youth initiation to tobacco and nicotine products, with the ultimate goal of creating North Dakota’s first tobacco-free generation. This scholarship contest serves as a platform to inspire youth education, advocacy, and provides TFND an opportunity to recognize and reward the outstanding efforts of North Dakota's youth.
