  • Scholarship Description
  • If you are a female Colorado resident between the ages of 18-22, of Hispanic descent, maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0, and are interested in scholarship money for the Colorado institution of higher learning of your choice; the CSF Fiesta Committee invites you to compete in the Colorado State Fair (CSF) Fiesta Pageant.

    The CSF Fiesta Committee will award a grand prize scholarship in the amount of $2,500 to the Fiesta Queen, $1,500 to her first attendant, $1,250 to her second attendant, and $1,000 to her third attendant. The awards will be payable to any Colorado institution of higher learning, upon proof of full-time enrollment. Recipients have two (2) years from the upcoming fall semester to use the award.

    If you are interested in applying, you may pick up an application packet from your guidance counselor, student support personnel, or request one from the CSF Fiesta Committee. The chosen Fiesta Queen will be assisted in her educational endeavors, as well the unique opportunity to represent the Hispanic culture throughout the state of Colorado. The title provides great personal and professional learning experiences.
