The Carrollton Public School’s Board of Education established the Carrollton Education Foundation Fund at the Saginaw Community Foundation in 1997 to help improve the quality of public education in the Carrollton community. To be eligible for the Carrollton Education Foundation -Carrollton Community Scholarship, applicants must be a Carrollton High School senior, and be pursing a vocational, associate or undergraduate degree. Dollar amounts will vary.
