The Thomas Spencer Tilot, Sr., Memorial Scholarship was established to support students who will pursue vocational or technical training beyond high school. Eligible applicants must be a high school senior, enroll at a Michigan school for vocational or technical training, reside in the City of Saginaw, demonstrate financial need and have a 2.5 GPA. Dollar amounts will vary.
