Ashcraft Motorsports has started a scholarship to encourage more young women to enroll in an Automotive Motorsport program. We are offering a $1000+ post-secondary scholarship to students. Ashcraft Motorsports will accept applications starting November thru May. Awards will go out in June. Scholarship money may go to the school’s accounting department to be credited to the student’s account or will be mailed out via check. Recipients will be notified of acceptance via e-mail
The recipient is obligated to practice full-time or part-time one year for each academic year of financial assistance received. The minimum obligation is one year. If you are unable to fulfil this requirement, in case of forcible removal or academic expulsion from the program, you will be asked to return the financial aid that was awarded to you. Applicant must be majoring in one of the following: Automotive engineering technology; Automotive management; Automotive service technology; Performance motorsports or Performance machining. Other, similar programs may apply, subject to approval. Amount or number of awardees may very based on amount raised. Guaranteed to be a minimum of $1000 for 1 awardee.
