To be eligible for the Ralph and Irene Gray Scholarship for Page, Nebraska, applicants must be a current graduating senior or graduate from a school district that serves Page, NE, planning to attend a 2- or 4-year college and maintained a 3.0 GPA or higher. Along with completing the application, applicants must also submit an official high school or college transcript with the application.
