The mission of the Franklin County Career and Technology Center Practical Nursing Program is to educate and prepare adult learners to competently and safely practice as an entry level practical nurse. The program promotes lifelong learning. The student will meet or exceed standards and criteria of performance that will be satisfactory to the health care employer. The graduate will be qualified to take the NCLEX-PN exam required for licensure.
