At PIB our mission and prime objective is to offer our students the training to assist them to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to pass the California State-Barbering and Cosmetology department examinations required for a state license. Our prime vocational objective is to train and produce knowledgeable graduates able to seek and find entry level employment in the beauty industry. Our successful students should be able to function effectively in the many specialty areas such as: Hair Stylist, Hair Colorist, Manicurist, Make-up Artist, Beauty Salon Operator.
