The mission of Shear Finesse Beauty Academy is to provide quality training and education to students who have the ability to benefit from the programs. We promote an environment of learning and personalized training needed for licensure and success in the work place including business skills, customer service, retailing, and communication. The school recognizes a need to foster the students’ specific talents and career goals by building positive relationships with the faculty, staff and other industry related professionals to promote career success.
