The Andromeda Movement supports students pursuing exciting careers in the field of space exploration! Andromeda Scholars aim to answer the most intriguing questions that humankind has wondered for thousands of years.
Scholarship Details
- Annual scholarships range from $500 to $5,000
- Awards are renewable each year
- Open to high school, undergraduate, and graduate students
- Focus on topics related to space exploration
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be enrolled in a high school, college, or university located in Indiana
- Preference may be given to applicants originally from Indiana, especially Madison County
- Open to students at any academic stage (high school through graduate school)
Application Process
- Write a 1–2 page essay about your favorite aspect of space exploration
- Include a brief paragraph within the essay describing what sparked your interest in space and your career goals
- Prepare your most recent academic transcript
- Create or update your curriculum vitae (CV)
- (Optional) Obtain one letter of recommendation that speaks to your character
- Combine all materials into a single PDF file
- Applications due by December 1st
