Scholarship Description

This scholarship is to support out-of-state Ball State Esports athletes. To be eligible, applicants must: not reside in Indiana; apply and be accepted as a full-time student to one of Ball State’s undergraduate programs; have competitive experience in specified esports titles played at the varsity level; have completion of at least three individual tryout practices with a current Ball State team; and not have been banned, fined, or otherwise removed from competition by league organizers or game developers in the past. This is renewable for up to four years. Students in this program also get to learn the history of esports, video production, streaming and live event broadcasting.
