Eligibility Criteria
- Ages 17 to 24
- U.S. citizenship required
- Accepted into an accredited public or nonprofit college for a full-time undergraduate bachelor’s degree program
- High school graduate or GED holder
- Must have experienced foster care under one of the following conditions:
- Lived in foster care for the 12 consecutive months leading up to the 18th birthday
- Adopted or placed into legal guardianship from foster care after the 13th birthday
- Orphaned for at least one year before the 18th birthday
