Scholarship Description

Navisite's Next Steminist scholarship program was created to encourage young women to pursue their passion in STEM (science, technology, engineering and math). The program provides $10,000 scholarship awards to eligible female candidates who are currently pursuing or plan to pursue a degree in STEM. Three winners will be named, each receiving a $10,000 scholarship.

Scholarship Details

  • Three $10,000 awards
  • For female students pursuing STEM degrees

Eligibility Criteria

  • Identify as female
  • Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Be age 25 or under as of the application deadline date
  • Be a current high school senior or graduate or current college undergraduate enrolled or planning to enroll full-time in undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college/university for the entire upcoming academic year
  • Have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or its equivalent

Applicants will also be asked to submit a 60-second unlisted YouTube video describing their dream career in STEM as part of their application.

Required Materials

  1. A current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Transcripts must display student name, school name, grades and credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken.
  2. A 60-second unlisted YouTube video describing your dream career in STEM and how you will use your STEM degree to make a positive impact.
