The SWR Foundation is open to any student of an accredited college, university, community college or trade school. The purpose of these scholarships will be to assist and encourage qualified students to further or continue their interest in the construction industry, specifically the sealant, waterproofing, and restoration industry, as a pending or continued career. The SWR Foundation Board of Directors will determine the number and dollar amount of scholarships awarded.
All items listed below are required and must be sent to SWR Foundation Headquarters: a typed and signed statement of your activities, interests, anticipated employment [if any], prospective field of study, and the career path you expect to follow (500 words maximum); two recommendation letters; a transcript; an outline of your proposed program of study indicating your intent to pursue an education in the field of construction, specifically in the sealants, waterproofing or restoration industry; and a typed statement from an instructor knowledgeable of your desire to pursue a career in the construction industry (for high school students) or a letter of recommendation from the department head or dean of the college (for college students).
