1,000 Dreams Fund and the Ila and Dinesh Paliwal Foundation are partnering to launch the Paliwal Club of 100, a scholarship initiative aimed at fueling the dreams of talented women in need who aspire to careers in the S.T.E.A.M. and music fields.
Scholarship Details
- Financial Support: The 1,000 Dreams Fund – Paliwal Club of 100 offers five (5) grants of $1,000 each to eligible women.
- Expense Coverage: The grant can be used to cover various educational expenses, including research-related costs, travel to conventions and educational conferences, graduate school exam or entry fees, and instructional programs related to creative, artistic, or scientific pursuits.
- Non-Everyday Expenses: It's important to note that this grant is not intended for everyday expenses such as utility bills or food costs, nor for medical care expenses. Its primary purpose is to provide access to educational opportunities beyond tuition.
Eligibility Criteria
- Eligibility: To qualify for this grant, applicants must be female and currently enrolled in a two-year, four-year college/university, or graduate school in the United States.
- Applicants must be focusing on a "S.T.E.A.M." field or music or music-related major.
- Financial Need: Applicants should demonstrate financial need to be considered for the grant.
- Application Requirements: The application must include at least two letters of recommendation and an essay explaining how the grant will be used.
- Previous Recipients: Previous grant recipients are not eligible to reapply.
