Eligibility Criteria
- Must be enrolled in a college, medical school, or trade program in the United States
- GED holders planning to enroll in an eligible institution for the upcoming semester are also eligible
- Must be in good academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale

- Prepare a current resume outlining your academic and personal background
- Obtain a recent school transcript
- Write a 500–1,000 word essay discussing:
