Scholarship Details
- Scholarship award of $10,000 USD (U.S.) or $5,000 USD (Canada)
- Available to undergraduate or graduate students at four-year universities
- Additional $5,000 USD award for one U.S. and one Canadian BMO summer intern
- Supports students pursuing careers in financial services, especially capital markets
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student in the U.S. or Canada
- Must continue studies full-time with at least a 40% course load
- Major in business, commerce, computer science, engineering, math, physics, statistics, or a related field
- Interest in a financial services career, ideally capital markets
- Identify as having a visible or non-visible disability

- Submit your contact and education details
- Upload your current resume/CV
- Provide current university transcripts
- Answer an essay question about your career goals and scholarship fit
- Submit one letter of reference from a professor, advisor, or supervisor
Launched in 2005, Equity Through Education helps people achieve their dreams by getting the opportunity to develop themselves through education, and the program builds a diverse workforce. Selected recipients receive $10,000 USD (students in the US) or $5,000 USD (students in Canada) to support their future studies.
