Ballinger is an interdisciplinary design firm with a staff of over 250 professionals working from a single office in Philadelphia. We lean into complex design challenges, not for their own sake but for the potential contained within their resolution — the potential to inspire discovery, to provoke inquiry, to encourage healing, and to create dialogue. Since 1878 we have been catalysts for creation, synthesizing function and feeling into spaces that are as inspiring and ingenious as the future we hope to experience ourselves. We are committed to fighting racism and promoting justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
