The United Advisory Scholarship Commission Scholarship - Elbert Curtiss and Margaret Nienstedt Fisher is to assist graduating students from any public school in Saginaw in their pursuit of a degree in science or engineering, or a Liberal Arts Degree. Applicants must be high school seniors who will be enrolled full-time, reside in the Saginaw Public School District, and either be a female pursuing a liberal arts degree, or a male pursuing a science/engineering degree. Dollar amounts will vary.
