Scholarship Description

Ray Greenly was Vice President of Research and Member Services for Shop.org, the digital division of the National Retail Federation, before losing a year-long fight with cancer in the fall of 2005. The Ray Greenly Scholarship provides financial support to students pursuing a degree in fields most relevant to digital retail such as engineering, computer science, marketing, business, e-commerce and economics.

The Ray Greenly Scholarship Fund awards students across the country who have the creativity, entrepreneurial spirit and forward-thinking to create new ways to connect retail customers to brands and products. Recipients are ambitious, curious, adaptable and have the potential to impact the future of digital retail.

Undergraduate college students pursuing a technology major (computer science, engineering, data science, etc.) or a supply chain major, you could be eligible to receive FREE travel and hotel accommodations to attend the annual NRF Foundation Student Program in New York City.

By attending this conference, you will have the opportunity to meet with dozens of retail recruiters hiring for technology and supply chain roles, hear from top leaders and executives in the industry, and explore the most exciting store locations in NYC. Applicants must be undergraduates who are at least sophomores with a 3.0 GPA.
