  • The Bill H. James Foundation is a scholarship Fund For Aspiring African American Engineers. At The Bill H. James Foundation, we provide African American engineering students a chance to reach their potential through our scholarship programs. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen and must be African American/Black. Undergraduate students must be entering their junior or senior year of study during the academic year the scholarship is awarded.
