NAMIC Mutual Insurance Foundation Scholarship Program

• Scholarship Description
• The NAMIC Mutual Insurance Foundation Scholarship Program is intended for undergraduate students pursuing a degree that is relevant to the insurance industry. We are looking for dedicated individuals in need of additional funds to complete their studies. Individual scholarships of up to $5,000 will be awarded to qualified students, with the monies forwarded directly to the school at which the student attends in the fall of the year the scholarship is awarded. Only students who are citizens of the United States and plan to find permanent employment in North America are eligible for the NAMIC Mutual Foundation Insurance Scholarship.

  Applicants must be U.S. Citizens who are pursuing a bachelor's degree with a major or minor in insurance, risk management or actuarial science; or will be pursuing a career in insurance after completion of degree. As part of the application process, students must complete a 500-word essay describing what the scholarship means to the applicant, and why they are interested in a career in the insurance industry.
