• For motivated high school students in the Worcester and Western Massachusetts areas, this program ensures they stand out among their peers when engaging with colleges and/or future employers. Through guidance and mentoring from experienced professionals at LLS they will make a real impact in the fight against blood cancers. The funds raised through Students of the Year are used to fund research and advances for cures, offer free blood cancer information, education, and support and advocate for blood cancer survivors and their families, helping patients navigate their cancer treatments and ensuring they have access to quality, affordable and coordinated care.
