• United Contractors (UCON) Scholarship Awards Program is open to California college students majoring in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Applicant must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 to be eligible. Past winners of this award not eligible.

  Since 1994, UCON has awarded over $500,000 through its Scholarship Awards Program. United Contractors (UCON) is California’s premier construction trade association representing heavy civil engineering contractors across the state.
