Scholarship Description

There are a variety of Air Force ROTC Scholarships for high school students. Applicants must either be a United States citizen or obtain U.S. citizenship by the last day of the first term of their freshman year (for four-year offers) or the first term of sophomore year (for three-year offers). Applicants must pass a Department of Defense Medical Examination Review Board (DODMERB) medical exam.

Scholarship Details

  • Air Force ROTC Scholarships for high school students
  • Type 1: Full tuition, living expense stipend, and annual book stipend
  • Type 2: Up to $18,000 per year in tuition, living, and book stipends
  • Type 7: Full tuition (capped at in-state rate) with stipends

Eligibility Criteria

  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Pass Department of Defense Medical Examination Review Board (DODMERB)
  • Complete Physical Fitness Assessment
  • Minimum SAT composite of 1240 or ACT composite of 26
  • Cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.0 or higher
