Johnny’s Hope provides a scholarship to the selected recipient. Applicants must be planning to attend or currently attending an accredited post-secondary institution or technical vocational/trade school to pursue a degree in nursing. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale.
To apply, applicants must email a completed/typed application package (email address provided at scholarship provider's website) with “Application for Hayley Rayburn Nursing Scholarship” in the subject line. The application package consists of: Scholarship Application; Essay (See specific details in Scholarship Application); Signed Statement of Application Accuracy and Awardee Responsibility (Included in Scholarship Application); and Signed Statement of Support by Guidance Counselor (Included in Scholarship Application).
