The Peter Kiewit Foundation will present 50 Legacy Scholarships to Nebraska high school seniors. Each scholarship has a maximum four-year value of $30,000. These scholarships are made possible by the personal generosity of the late Peter Kiewit. Mr. Kiewit was a lifelong Omahan, civic leader and philanthropist.
Applicants must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
• Be a high school senior who will graduate from a state-approved Nebraska high school by June
• Be a Nebraska resident
• Be able to present current ACT or SAT scores
• Be ranked in the top 20 percent (80th percentile) of their high school class following their junior year and through the fall term of their senior year
• Be able to demonstrate financial need
