Graduate students are not eligible, and there are no GPA or U.S. residency requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a woman of international background (foreign student, immigrant, or first-generation American)
- Must be starting college or university in the U.S. in the fall semester
- Must embody the spirit of international leadership
- Graduate students are not eligible
Application Process
- Complete the online application form
- Submit a letter of recommendation
- Answer several short-answer questions and two essay prompts
- Wait for applications to be reviewed by the scholarship committee
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a 30-minute phone interview
- Successful applicants will be notified via email
