Education is vital to the growth and future of every community. Because of this, the Saginaw Community Foundation administers a variety of scholarship programs for high school, community college, university and vocational students. Since awarding our first $500 scholarship in 1987, the Saginaw Community Foundation has awarded more than $8 million in scholarships. In order to apply for the Sons of Italy Scholarship, students must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and be a current member or the son, daughter, or grandchild of a current Sons of Italy Lodge 2456 member (must have been a member in good standing since January 1 of the previous year). Applicants must be pursuing undergraduate, graduate, or vocational studies. Dollar amounts for this scholarship will vary.
