University of Minnesota-Morris Freshman Automatic Academic Scholarships
- Scholarship Description
Just two and a half hours outside Minneapolis is where you’ll find it: the perfect place for your future to grow. A place where you can find your passion and use it as a signpost for the rest of your life. We’re a community of like-minded, yet incredibly unique individuals. Intentionally small. Perpetually curious. Small class sizes that mimic private schools. Research capabilities that only large, public schools can offer. The educational experience of a lifetime—all for a quarter the tuition of Minnesota’s most expensive private school.
The University of Minnesota-Morris awards the Freshman Automatic Academic Scholarships in different amounts, based on the incoming student's GPA (which includes math, science, social studies, foreign language, and English courses). Students must maintain a 2.5 GPA, be enrolled in 12 credits, and must be a US citizen or permanent resident. Requirements for the scholarships will vary, as well as the dollar amounts.
