To be eligible for the Carrollton Education Foundation - Morley Foundation Scholarship, applicants must be a Carrollton High School senior, be pursing an associate or undergraduate degree or Career and Technical Education (CTE) training (skilled trade/vocation) full-time, and demonstrate athletic participation and financial need. There is no specific amount, as dollar amounts will vary for this scholarship.
