The College Prep Leadership Program offers a wide range of crucial topics, ensuring that students are well-prepared for the college application process and beyond. Over the course of six months, participants will engage in interactive sessions covering key modules, such as resume building, college essay writing, scholarship applications, financial aid, and more. With hands-on experience and mentorship, students will gain the confidence they need to flourish on their college path.
Financial Assistance: $1,000 scholarship awarded to students from household incomes making $125,000 or less per year to cover program fees; Transformative College Preparation: Our program equips students with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the college application process; Mentorship and Guidance: Participants will have access to experienced mentors and professionals passionate about supporting their growth; Columbia University's Prestigious Campus: Students will experience the vibrant atmosphere of Columbia University and meet directly with Columbia's admissions representatives.
Applicants must be a high school senior, identify as female and must be a historically underrepresented student. Applicants must come from a low to moderate-income background ($125,000 or less per year) and identify as a student of color (African American, Hispanic/Latino, & Indigenous Groups).
