The Grand Rapids Community Foundation's Melbourne & Alice E. Frontjes Scholarship is awarded to any student who is a Kent County resident for a minimum of 3 years, who is pursuing a degree at a specified Michigan college or university. Applicants must have a minimum 2.75 GPA. Scholarship recipients are selected by the Grand Rapids Community Foundation (GRCF) and applicants follow the GRCF process. Applications run from December until the deadline.
