• The Morrill Scholarship Program is Ohio State's premier diversity/merit scholarship program, rewarding academically talented students who are actively engaged in diversity-based leadership, service and social justice activities. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents of the United States. MSP seeks academically talented high school seniors who will contribute to campus diversity, actively engage as advocates and champions of diversity, inclusion, social justice and academic excellence on campus. MSP provides full tuition scholarships to incoming freshmen throughout Ohio and the United States, while in the process, enhancing Ohio State's diversity.
