The Sons of Norway Foundation awards scholarships to promising students each year and promotes cultural exchange and support education to help students prepare the next generation of workers. The Orel and Marie Winjum Scholarship was created to assist with college tuition costs for American citizens of Norwegian and/or German heritage. To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must be incoming or current undergraduates (at least 17 years old), have at least a 2.5 GPA and be citizens of the United States. This can be used for any college major.
