The Joseph F. Natale Commitment to Excellence Scholarship

The intention of the scholarship is to provide financial support to a qualified New Jersey high school senior pursuing a degree in Music, Dance and Theater at a 4-year college/ university.

Scholarship Details

• Financial support for a New Jersey high school senior
• For students pursuing degrees in Music, Dance, or Theater
• Aims to recognize and encourage excellence in the performing arts

Eligibility Criteria

• Residency in New Jersey
• Potential for excellence in Music, Dance, or Theater
• Planning to major or minor in a related field in college
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Clean academic record
• Recommended involvement in high school performing arts activities

Application Process

1. Prepare a resume highlighting your involvement in the performing arts
2. Write a short essay on what the quote "One Heart... One Beat" means to you
3. Submit a digital audition via YouTube, including two contrasting pieces

Required materials:

• Resume of applicant
• A short essay to The Natale Foundation Inc addressing what the following quote means to them "One Heart... One Beat"
• A successful, digital audition submission via YouTube to display talent
• Self tape: minimum of 5 minutes, maximum of 8 minutes
• Video must include applicants full name, age, and planned course of study
• Video must include 2 contrasting pieces of your choice
