• We are Albuquerque Community Foundation. We are rooted in Albuquerque and have invested in the community for 40 years. We pursue ways to make donations of all sizes have a larger and longer impact than they would otherwise have on their own. When you think about Albuquerque Community Foundation, we hope you will think of three words: Leadership, Trust and Legacy. They describe who we are, what we do, and will continue to be, forever. The Albuquerque Community Foundation offers numerous scholarships.

  The Youth in Foster Care Scholarship Program awards young adults aging out of foster care who want to develop a marketable skill or continue their education at a post-secondary school. Applicants must be a New Mexico resident for a minimum of one year, have been in the New Mexico foster care system for a minimum of one year, be between the ages of 17 and 21 at time of initial application, and have a minimum 2.5 GPA for high school, undergrad, or have completed a GED program.
