• The Newark Rotary Club is proud to offer a college scholarship for the freshman year to deserving students who will graduate the current year, residing in Newark, Delaware. The scholarship will be presented after graduation to students who show exceptional character and qualify as judged by grades, class rank, SAT scores, community and school service, extra curricular activities, a written essay and financial need.
