• The scholarship is open to all Richmond Public School high school seniors currently attending one of the eight high schools in the city.

  Applicants must attend one of the eight Richmond Public Schools for at least a year, plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college or university and graduate during the spring or summer of the year the scholarship is awarded.
